The institute.

Models generate findings. We research the gate that decides whether a finding becomes state other clinicians will treat as true. Pre-pilot. Research prototype. No production clinical writes.

AI Frontier India is an independent AI systems research initiative in India. We study what has to be true before an AI-generated finding is allowed to become part of a patient record other clinicians will treat as examined fact. The kernel is not a model. It is a gate. Evidence, policy, and a person have to allow this exact write. ENT Clinical OS is the first environment. A second prototype was used only to test that the boundary is not healthcare-specific. Three kernel modules have tests. Two directories are empty on purpose. Authorization is modelled, not enforced. There is no public repository, no submitted paper, and no production write.

What this is.

What this is not.

Why healthcare first.

The cost of a silent wrong write is that the next clinician believes it. ENT gives bounded, discrete findings and an outpatient workflow we can instrument. We started here because the record is the harm, not because we are a health company.

Cybersecurity instinct (who authorized the change; can it be reconstructed) is in the background of the work. It is not the public product.

Pre-commercial.

0 customers. 0 revenue. 0 production deployments. 0 real clinical decisions. Not fundraising on this site. Nothing here is a procurement document.

Four researchers, working with AI agents.

A small research group. Agents write and test. People decide what is allowed to be claimed. Code review is internal.

The safety instinct comes from automotive cybersecurity: who authorized the change, and can it be reconstructed. That is background. This is not a cybersecurity consultancy, and it is not a hospital IT practice.

No bios, no headshots. A name would invite trust in the author. The work is supposed to stand on what is checkable.
